These Terms & Conditions govern use of CodePopular.net and purchases from ELITE SOFTWARE SOLUTION INC.

CodePopular.net is operated by ELITE SOFTWARE SOLUTION INC, a corporation in Wyoming, United States with Filing ID 2022-001103771.
2. Digital Products and Delivery
We sell WordPress plugins, WooCommerce extensions, downloadable software, and related digital tools. Products are delivered electronically through the website, customer account, email, or another method described at purchase. No physical goods are shipped.
3. Licenses and Intellectual Property
Products are licensed for use under the terms shown on the relevant product page or accompanying license. CodePopular and its licensors retain applicable intellectual property rights. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, copy, or share a product except where its license expressly allows it.
4. Accounts and Acceptable Use
You are responsible for accurate account information and for protecting your login and download access. You must not use the website or products unlawfully, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, or misuse licenses and download links.
5. Compatibility, Support, and Updates
Compatibility requirements and included support or updates are described on each product page. WordPress, WooCommerce, hosting environments, and third-party services change over time, so customers should review stated requirements before purchase. Support does not include unrelated custom development unless separately agreed.
6. Prices, Payments, and Taxes
Prices and currency are displayed before checkout. Payments are processed securely through approved third-party payment providers. Applicable taxes may be calculated according to the transaction, customer location, and provider process.
7. Refunds
Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy, including its 14-day request period and eligibility rules. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
